The Valencia Rectangular Double Extension Table makes the perfect addition to your patio or backyard. The unique built-in butterfly pop-up leaf enables you to open and close your table in less than 15 seconds. The leaf folds under for easy storage. This table stands 29¡å high and is 43¡å wide by 79¡å long and if fully extended can reach to 117¡å long. The table can be extended with 1 or 2 leaves, seating 10 to 12 people comfortably. ?Available with 2 umbrella hole with brass plug when not in use. This table arrives with 2 Sahara Dining Armchairs and 10 Dining Chairs with contoured seats and traditional curved back adding comfort and support. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

After approval, return the product to the provided address.
After receipt and verification, we will ship the replacement item within 3 business days.
3. Refund
After the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).
4. Responsibility
